GENERAL TERMS OF CONDITIONS OF SALE

Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) apply by law to all commercial relations between the company PAYETO, owner of the brand “Maison Renée Paris,” whose registered office is located at 81 rue de Silly, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 922 287 826 00015 (“PAYETO”), and any consumer within the meaning of the introductory article of the French Consumer Code (the “Client”, and together the “Parties”), wishing to purchase products under the “Maison Renée Paris” brand sold by PAYETO (the “Products”) on the website www.maison-renée.com (the “Site”).

The purpose of these GTC is to define the conditions under which PAYETO sells the Products to the Client and, as such, specifies the ordering, payment, delivery and return terms. It is hereby stated that the Products are available for delivery in France and European Union countries.

These GTC apply to the exclusion of any other terms, including those applicable to in-store sales or through other distribution or marketing channels. They take precedence over any other document issued by PAYETO, which is provided for information only, as well as any document containing provisions that deviate from these GTC and which has not been expressly accepted by PAYETO.

The Client declares that they have read and accepted the GTC before placing any order, by checking the appropriate box prior to confirming the order. The Client may consult the GTC on the Site at any time by clicking on the “Terms & Conditions” link located at the bottom of the Site.

PAYETO reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. The version applicable to the Client’s purchase is the version in force on the Site at the time the order is placed.

2. Products

The Products offered by PAYETO are those listed on the Site on the date of consultation by the Client.

Each Product offered for sale on the Site is described precisely with its essential characteristics, in accordance with Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code, on the page dedicated to the Product.

The photographs of the Products are provided for indicative and illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value. The delivered Product may differ from the representation on the Site; however, PAYETO guarantees that its essential characteristics will remain identical.

PAYETO will inform the Client if a Product becomes unavailable, notably by indicating this on the Site or by any other means. Products added to the cart are not reserved; therefore, a Product may become unavailable between the time it is added to the cart and the validation of the order.

3. Price

Product prices are shown on the Site in euros, including VAT, but excluding shipping, packaging, transport and delivery fees, which are charged in addition under the conditions set out in Article 6 “DELIVERY” of the GTC.

The applicable sale price of the Products is the one in effect at the time of order. The prices displayed on the Site are set by PAYETO.

PAYETO is free to determine its promotional policy. Promotional offers are specific to the Site and may differ from those applied by other distributors or retailers. Promotional offers apply to any order placed during the promotional period displayed on the Site, subject to stock availability.
