Shipping policy

Standard shipping is offered for all orders over €300. Express delivery fees will be displayed before order confirmation.

Our deliveries to European Union member countries qualify as export deliveries exempt from taxes in accordance with Article 262 ter I, 1° bis of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and are imposed by local customs and tax authorities — not by the seller. Before placing an order, customers are advised to check with their local customs and tax offices for further information.

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the delivery of the order. Return shipping costs, as well as all costs related to the re-importation of goods into France, are at the customer’s expense.

For returns shipped from outside the European Union, please note:

All duties/fees related to the return must be paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund. Please ensure you declare the goods correctly to avoid additional charges before sending your return.
